Any orders placed on December 22nd & December 29th must be placed before noon CST to be processed that day.

Orders received by 12pm CT on Friday, December 22nd will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm CT will ship out on Friday, December 29th.

Thanksgiving Eve (11/22): All return shipments will be delivered to the lab on Friday 11/24.

Thanksgiving Day (11/23): Closed. Return shipments the following day (Friday 11/24) will be delivered to the lab on Monday 11/27.

Christmas:

All return shipments will be delivered to the lab on Tuesday 12/26. Please check UPS facility holiday operation hours for early closures and pick-up times.

Christmas Day (12/25): Closed. All return shipments already in route will be delivered to the lab on Tuesday 12/26. 

New Year’s:

New Year’s Eve (12/31): All return shipments will be delivered to the lab on Tuesday 1/2. Please check UPS facility holiday operation hours for early closures and pick-up times.

New Year’s Day (1/1): Closed. All return shipments already in route will be delivered to the lab on Tuesday 1/2.
